Emily Keane is a Director at Protagonist, where she leads teams to deliver narrative analytics and strategic insights to customers across industries. Her prior experience spans business process engineering and strategic planning for private and public sector organizations. Most recently she worked for Capgemini, where she helped federal agencies within the U.S. Department of Homeland Security develop tools and methodologies to quantify the impact of policy initiatives and enable data-driven, evidence-based decisions around civil detention reform. She has also worked in logistics asset management at the United Nations World Food Programme in Uganda and served as a public health educator as a Peace Corps volunteer in rural Madagascar. Keane holds a M. Eng. in Logistics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology as well as a M.A. in Law and Diplomacy from The Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University. She received her B.A. in International Studies from Boston College.
