Joseph Mullinix is Deputy President (Administration) at the National University of Singapore (NUS). His many responsibilities there include serving as chair of the Campus Sustainability Committee. Prior to joining NUS, Joe was senior vice president for business and finance at the University of California from 2000 to 2006. Prior to that, he served as vice president for finance and administration at Yale University from 1993 to 2000 and held various positions at Columbia University from 1983 to 1993, including senior vice president, chief administration officer, and chief financial officer. He also served as deputy associate director for economics and general government at the U.S. Office of Management and Budget. Joe has is past chair of the board of the National Association of College and University Business Officers (NACUBO) and serves on the Forum for the Future of Higher Education’s board. Joe earned his MBA at the University of Chicago.
